2022 Pazo da Sinsela Albarino, Rias Baixas, Spain Les Belles Roches Prize de mousse in coolThis wine comes from grapes grown in several different plots on the property in Sisan, Bibadumia. They have a total of 3 hectares. Granite based soils with a good mix of silt from the nearby Umia River. The juice ferments in a combination of 225, 300 and 500 liter used oak barrels for 12 months. Aged in barrel for 12 months. Joint venture of Rodrigo Mendez and Raul Perez. The first vintage was 2021.
