The vineyard is marked by unique, very rocky soils, as opposed to the Grner on loess plantings that dominate the region; the duo believes this expresses GV in a way that is more herbal and mineral. Whole cluster pressed into 100% neutral French 228L. Spontaneous fermentation, unfined
