Borden's Dairy WWII Victory Plaque slide valve demonstrator This was acquired in a1942; Long Island Engraving Co., New York City Wall plaque featuring the famous Borden Dairy Co. cow mascot and "spokescow" Elsie and her daughter Beulah. This piece was a promotional item encouraging a US victory during WWII, and used Elsie and her daughter to beef up the promo due to their popularity.
