2020 Jadot Pommard SARDINIA to use the traditional termWith Volnay to the south and Beaune to the north, Pommard is situated on an east and southeast facing slope between 240 and 380 meters above sea level with a high clay, calcareous soil. The grapes are handpicked and sorted, then undergo fermentation. After a long maceration, a proportion of the wine is set to age in French oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration. Tasting Notes Pommard is often considered the most masculine Cte de
