Domenico Clerico, Barolo, Pajana 2000 Chardonnay Another wonderful showing of this93 Wine Spectator Loads of new wood showing on the nose right now, but there is beautiful ripe fruit underneath. Full bodied, with chewy tannins and a long finish. Slightly too much wood right now, but should come around nicely. Tasted twice, once after it had been open for 24 hours, which was much better.
