Late 19th Century Bijou Ruby Lantern Railroad Signal by Miller 50s Exhibits minor signs of wearc. 1890s; Miller Manufacturing Co. Brooklyn, NYC Antique tin railroad lantern with gold tone trim. This piece was used prior to the introduction of electric light railroad signals. A red lens is used in place of a colored bulb and allows the light to filter through, creating a similar effect.
