This is an extraordinarily scarce set of Japanese pilots gloves, constructed of leather with cloth wrist covers. These are a very difficult model of glove to find, especially matching with clear markings. Both gloves bear a marking on the interior for SHOWA 18, for the 18th year of reign 1943. Both gloves retain their leather strap which allows the gloves to be tightened around the wrist. There are other markings
