I'm pretty certain the bristles here are squirrel hair
punctuated with one long side of green and cream plaid
I presume identifying where it came from
PA (I believe I've read that section of the letter correctly
and really love the cutout windows at the the helm and the tiny steering wheel one can spy from above
Two Trails of Smoke (for Bernice), Charming c 1920s Ink Drawing of Smoking Woman on Pedestal animal mold I'm pretty certain the bristlesThis drawing is one of two ink over graphite drawings, clearly by the same person, listed today, which I like for their curiousness, and for the women who are their subjects, who look quite self possessed, this one perched on what looks like the remnant of a classical column, smoking away, as if sitting back and watching the fall of Rome! 6 1 2" x 4 7 8", good condition, c. 1920s I believe.
