Original British WWII Irvin Sheepskin Flying Jacket - Rare Japanese Flare Guns The Imperial Japanese Army parade

The Imperial Japanese Army parade sword was first adopted in 1875 (Meiji 8) as the Type 8 Kyu-Gunto (First Military Sword)

it also has a cutout in the left side as well as a slight offset to the right

This is a wonderful example of a WWI era Scottish Highlander Basket-Hilted Broadsword

Possibly something dripped on the cap at some point

As aviation advanced so did the altitudes to which pilots could fly. Suddenly aircrew were flying to thousands of feet where temperatures would easily be sub zero, not a good thing when aircraft construction still provided
