Penmanship Notebook with Block Letter and Calligraphic Alphabets keep out 11 3/4" l x 4What I especially love about this partial 19th century penmanship notebook is how modern the hand drawn block letter alphabets seem, especially in contrast with the beautifully executed Spencerian calligraphy on other pages as if the former descended from another time and place entirely! I also really love the interplay of the lettering and the printed grids of the paper. I'd be pretty tempted to frame up one or two of these. 13 1 4" x 8 3 8". Four
