The KORA was a fearsome weapon of Nepalese design, which was used by many Indian States against the British at the time of the British RAJ. Made all of steel, it is designed to function as both a sword and war axe, with the cutting edge on the inner side. This particular example originated from Nepal, and is quite ornate compared to others we have seen. This KORA is almost 30" overall with a 24" blade and is fitted
