This is a scarce set of WWI M1902 Russet Garrison Marching shoes. This model of shoe saw heavy use between 1902 and 1904 when it was replaced by the M1904 model, making this a very scarce set to find. The pair of shoes are Size 8. Both shoes retain their laces but both laces have some fraying as shown. There are a great many scuffs and small nicks in the leather on both shoes, meaning they both saw very heavy use.
