His citation reads:22 June 1945 AWARD OF THE BRONZE STAR MEDAL By direction of the President and under the provisions of Army Regulations 600-45

The front sight is fixed and the rear sight is a three folding leaf type and there is a bayonet lug mounted on the right side of the barrel 3 inches back of the muzzle

This dates from before World War Two during the China Marine era

and Bradley wearing the B-10 Flight Jacket even though they had no rightful authorization to wear the jacket

does not have any major tears
