This is a striking pair of Japanese style faceted pottery cups with what I believe is a Yunomi form

It's pretty weird

It was purchased at the estate sale of a family of artists and collectors in Marblehead

Framed with a gray mat and simple black frame strung with wire on the back from hanging

with the hole at the end of the fin functioning as a modifier for the pitch
