These are richly fruited, savory wines with plenty of heat. Serve this one at proper cellar temperature 15 minutes in the fridge. We have enjoyed this wintry red with lamb tagine and it's an inspiring pairing. The Bois de Boursan, founded in 1955 by Jean Versino (Jean Pauls father), is a ten hectare domaine with the entirety of its vineyards situated within the confines of the village of
