Reddish Stained Carved Folk Art Cat sloping lid which I especially loveI really love the face on this cat, from strong brow to proud nose to deeply carved long whiskers adding up to a sense that this cat is rather staring one down and clearly has the upper hand! I don't know its origins and while it has some age I am not sure especially old, but it has a lot of character, presence and very cat like attitude! Substantial at 5 1 2" tall x 5 1 8" l x 2 1 4" w. Very good condition, with a reddish stain.
