This is a very nice Bowie style knife from the Philippines, brought back by a USGI after WWII. It is quite impressive, having an attractive 8 1 4 inch clip point "Bowie" style blade. This makes it just ideal for use as a fighting knife, which could possibly be what it was intended for. Overall length of the knife is 13 3 4 inches, and has a very nice curved handle, held in place with a brass octagonal nut. There are
