Founded in 1885, the distillery uses a unique combination of traditional pot stills and a Lomond Wash Still, which results in a particularly fruity and honey sweet whisky. This whisky matured for 16 years in first fill bourbon casks made of American oak, giving it a balanced combination of fruity flavors and subtle wood notes. With an
