Following the extremely positive feedback on N01 from the Ikigai line, were now even more excited to present its successor: Arguably the busiest creamiest matcha we tasted on our last trip to Japan. No bitterness whatsoever. Extremely pronounced umami. This, too, is made from the premium Okumidori cultivar (as with N01 and our Hitotsu). This tea is the result of an experiment by Mr. Shota
