American finger size "9"; excellent details, centering German eagle, while shanks are displaying American eagle; made circa 1944, in slightly worn condition, scarce. Footnote: Camp Ellis was a United States World War II Army Service Forces Unit Training Cente and prisoner of war camp between the towns of Bernadotte, Ipava, and Table Grove in Fulton County, Illinois.
