A Military High School Graduation Badge Hold blue and red enamel bordersRomania (Kingdom) (coala Superioar de Rzboi) Four piece construction, silvered bronze with red, white, blue and black enamelled shield, mounted to a silver gilt with red and green enamelled base, hallmarked and marked "800" (silver) on the pin, 47 mm x 78. 2 mm, vertical pinback, intact enamels, scattered silvering wear on the shield, extremely fine. Footnote: This badge was instituted in 1931 and was issued to officers upon graduation from the
