Leather bound cover, with the embossed coat of arms of the Romanian People's Republic on the front cover, each named to "Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej" with his emboss stamped photo in black and white. Dated April 25, 1949 and numbered "0002", presenting his international travels up to and
