It is aimed at fast running on smooth, non technical ground, gravel and rolling singletrack, rather than steep, rocky terrain. This one runs small: testers consistently sized up half, which then gave secure lockdown through heel, midfoot and toebox with about a thumb's width in front of the big toe.
