Gracias a Dios is one of the few to be infused with botanicals typically used to make gin and the only such spirit currently being imported to the US. It is an espadn agave mezcal infused with 32 different botanicals and spices, many of which are indigenous to Oaxaca. Juniper comes through clearly, but so do notes of sage,
