Three piece construction, cross in black lacquered non magnetic metal alloy, silvered centrepiece with red and blue enamels, unmarked but of typical Braca Knaus of Zagreb manufacture, measuring 40. 5 mm (w) x 41. 5 mm (h), intact enamels, scattered chipping evident in the black lacquer on both sides of the cross, on its original ribbon, better than very fine.
