Prussia, State. An Observer’s Badge Miniature Stick Pin Archive The purpose of the badge(Beobachterabzeichen Miniatur Anstecknadel). Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, topped by a German State Crown, joined at the bottom by ribbon, with a central applique consisting of black and white enameled squares inside of a red enameled border, unmarked, measuring 12 mm (w) x 20 mm (h) with a 54 mm long needle, in near extremely fine condition.
