the Battalion having been raised and mobilized in Toronto
with white and blue enamels on the face bearing an owl “NYKV 1944”

A Senior Assistants badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the reverse with a clip hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a rounded catch, unmarked, measuring 35 mm in diameter, demonstrating flecking and loss of finish to the enamels and base metal, respectively, with crude refurbishment of the pinback, in very fine condition. 2.
