The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and macerated on skins for several days before free run juice finishes fermentation in stainless steel and rests in neutral French oak. Farmed organically with biodynamic treatments and made without additives, fining, or filtration, the wine is savory and textured, with gentle structure and lifted freshness.
