A silver gilt oval medallion with clusters of three cherry blossoms forming the four points of a star, center obverse presenting a silver gilt ancient Japanese Imperial Crown on a silver background, reverse plain. The medal is accompanied by a bow ribbon, the medal measures at 38 . 2 mm (w) x 47. 0 mm (h), with a period bow ribbon, and
