Constructed of a rigid card stock binding with a faux maroon leather exterior liner, the cover bearing a gilt German national eagle clutching a wreathed HJ insignia, situated above an inscription of SPORTTAGE DER JUGEND 1940 (YOUTH SPORTS DAYS 1940), opening to reveal a certificate named to INGE SCHEIBEL, who placed third in a high jump competition, issued in Linz and dated 7 July 1940, certified by the
