Germany, Kriegsmarine. A Coastal Artillery War Badge, By Schwerin Newly Listed (1788-1797 issue)(Kriegsabzeichen der Marine Artillerie). Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, around a central depiction of a coastal artillery gun with its barrel raised and extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a barrel inge and banjo style pinback meeting a flat wire catch,
