Laurent Barth Gewurtztraminer 2013 Sweet Spice After dispatching Lewis and Clark100% Gewurtztraminer from one of the nicest (both in person and to nature!) Alsatian producers out there. Neither cloying or sticky, but is instead balanced and fresh, with white flowers and other classic Gewurz aromatics, a rich and textured palate, and great underlying acidity which lends well to the dreamy and majestic finish. Very minimal sulfur use and biodynamic vineyards. Simply magical with spicy Indian or Thai cuisine. ORGANIC and NATURAL.
