Distilled from a high rye thin mash with local NY grains and wormwood before being stave aged in American and French oak

Mash Bill – 75% corn 21% rye 4% malted barley

and finished off for another year in sherry butts to give a chocolatey orange flavor

Serge Laloue Sancerre 2017 Size:750ml Robert Cooper crafted LockThe fruit for this Loire white is sourced mainly, 80%, from sandy clay soil and 20% from siliceous clay. 3 6months on the lees for added texture. A solid Sancerre, balanced with great floral and white fruit aromas, the palate shows mineral notes and citrus fruit aplenty.
