White Pét-Nat 2022 Seyval Blanc lemon garlic shrimpInitially dry on the palate with a hint of RS and distinct yet elegant bubbles! A blend of three amazing grapes: Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Sylvaner. Each varietal was fermented on its own. No filtering, fining, or SO2 was added during the process. Try pairing it with close friends and something super fresh!
